I admire you for wanting so much to do something nice for Doug and Ann.  I'm glad I was able to come to lunch tool.  It was very thoughtful of you and the food was delicious.  As we walked through that museum I felt very proud.  I was reminded of the sacrifice of others and helped me remember the big picture and goal.  I'll try not to be so focused on my needs and wants and instead work to be part of a greater good.

Race Day!  I was so proud to see you out in that freezing cold water.  You finished when many others didn't.  You are so brave and disciplined.  I admire your frugality in using your "vintage" wetsuit, thanks for using what you have.  It was fun to do this triathlon together.

It was so lovely to be in the huge and gorgeous Bountiful temple together with my family.  Thank you for taking me to the temple.

I love you for being an active attractive triathlete and for encouraging me to try it too.  I know I tease you about how you always want others to try the things you enjoy, but you are usually right that I will love it if I just try it.  I enjoyed wetsuit and triathlon shopping with you today, I'm glad you were able to go to the foam roller class.  I feel good about life when you do things to take care of yourself.

Also, thank you for putting the kids to bed so I could house hunt on Craigslist. It feels nice to attempt to actually do something to prepare for our future.
