December 25, 2010

Merry Christmas Darling! It was so fun to share this day with you and our energetic boys. What a fun filled day. I love that you let the boys just be. It is delightful to celebrate Christmas at their pace and on their level. Thanks for the exciting "adventure" and all your work on the castle, for playing Playmobil nativity with us, for building great marble magic creations, for putting together Mouse Trap (with its German instructions) and playing the game and for eating my dry ham and for not eating last night's rancid fondu cheese. :) I love the traditions we're creating together and the fun talks and snuggle times we share.

Christmas is a remarkable time, if even just to make me pause and focus on what matters and why it matters. I KNOW that Heavenly Father is my father. I know that Jesus Christ is His Only Begotten Son and I'm so grateful for this amazing plan and earth they created so that we can become like them - together. I love you and am delighted to be with you for eternity. I promise to do all that I can to reach my potential to become like our Heavenly Mother and to do my best to help, teach and encourage our family so that we can all get back together. Thank you for having me. And for being so patient with me. I'll make you proud and happy that you chose me. My gift to you this next year is to be more of who I really am - not to give in so often to silly habits and addictions, but to focus on things that matter and to serve and love you. To make you happy to be alive, happy to be where we are, happy to be my husband. I want you to know and feel that I know, that I am the luckiest.

I love you. Merry Christmas.
